Stress can be a powerful issue. It raises our level of anxiety and can drain us emotionally or physically. The best thing in these moments is to find your "Zen" or place of peace. Here we release our stress through our martial arts practice by pushing unwanted and pent up emotions into our physical training. Then when we are physically worn out and released our adrenaline, we only have results. No anger or sadness, the world becomes lighter and our mind is opened to possibilities. Peace is a state of mind not a structure of being. Through our society we build each other with knowledge and support! Join us on Sundays at 12pm.
