Communication is Key

Doing things on our own can be empowering but as a team if we go it alone we lose our bond without communication. Sometimes even the smallest details may seem benign but to your team may be the most important detail of them all. To build a strong foundation with a team, relationship, or business partner all details should be discussed in doing any activity. By communicating you establish trust and give your team the path of dependency to rely on you in difficult times. It takes alot of will power to build successful communication.
